ShopTrackr Privacy Policy

ShopTrackr is designed as a local-first repair shop management app. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.
Information stored in the app
ShopTrackr may store information that you enter, including customer names and phone numbers, vehicle information, repair-order details, inspection results, labor and parts information, estimates, invoices, payment records, technician notes, and shop profile settings.
How information is stored
ShopTrackr currently stores repair-order and shop information locally on your device. ShopTrackr does not currently require a user account and does not operate a cloud database that receives your repair-order data.
Sharing and exported documents
When you choose to share a PDF, customer message, invoice, estimate, receipt, or other information, the app uses sharing features provided by your device. Information you choose to share may then be handled by the app or service you select, such as Messages, Mail, or another sharing destination. Those services are governed by their own privacy practices.
Payments
ShopTrackr can record payment amounts, payment methods, and balances for repair orders. ShopTrackr does not process customer credit card transactions and does not collect or store full payment-card numbers.
Subscriptions
ShopTrackr offers an auto-renewable subscription through Apple's App Store. Subscription purchases, trial eligibility, billing, renewals, cancellations, and payment information are processed by Apple under Apple's terms and privacy practices. ShopTrackr does not receive or store your full Apple payment-card information.
Analytics, advertising, and data sale
ShopTrackr does not sell your personal information. The current version of ShopTrackr does not include advertising and does not use repair-order data for targeted advertising.
Data control
Because the current version stores app data locally, deleting app data or removing the app from your device may remove locally stored ShopTrackr information. Users should export or preserve any records they need before deleting the app or its data.
Children
ShopTrackr is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to children.
Changes to this policy
If ShopTrackr later adds accounts, cloud synchronization, analytics, or other services that change how data is handled, this policy will be updated before those features are released.
